I ADORE THESE. I love Salvatore Ferragamo, one of my favorite brands! These oxfords are gorgeous and I love the fringing. They'd be adorable with tights, a skirt and a crisp shirt - a great outfit to go to the library! I'd also just wear them with my skinny jeans and a chiffon blouse since they have a low heel. Gorgeous AND functional!
